Hosts Ann and Pat are warm and very friendly. We enjoyed our three day stay at their cottage. The breakfast served is a real treat. It is always great to feel at home like with family. Not farm from good railway links to Reading and London. We hope to be back again next year and look forward to meeting them again in their farm field palace or our own chateau Le Plessis in Semalay in France

It is such a lovely place to stay. Ann is very welcoming and provides everything you need. The room I stayed in was very cosy. The pubs are 10 min away. I highly recommended staying here.

My mate and I stayed here as we were going on a ghost hunt locally , Ann was outstanding very welcoming and such a lovely lady, room was lovely with ensuite bed was comfy and loved all the little extras as tea coffee little biscuits , oh and the breakfast was amazing Amazing would highly recommend for future

I stayed at Field Farm Cottage Bed & Breakfast for 1 night. Its conveniently located a 5 minute drive from Ufton Court where I was attending a wedding. The host Ann was an absolutely love lady who was very helpful and kind (even after my partner accidentally spilt coffee grounds on the bedroom floor...). The bedroom was cosy and comfortable with an on-suite shower, which was very powerful. The only issue I experienced (completely on me and not a fault of this B&B) was that the pillows were too soft whereas I prefer a sturdier pillow. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety. I would without a doubt happily stay at Field Farm Cottage again and recommend anyone else to stay there also.

Beautiful location, very comfy cosy room with lots of little extras like fresh milk, homemade biscuit, toiletries etc. Breakfast was amazing, homemade muesli, jams etc and full English. Wonderful host, really has gone that extra mile. (I’m now making homemade muesli for my husband as a result!)

Friendly hostess, clean cosy room with good shower ensuite. Enjoyed a freshly cooked full English breakfast whilst watching numerous species of birds on the bird feeder through the window. Would definitely stay there again
